Admission Terms

Admission to courses offered by Edigital Knowledge is done by specified Eligibility criteria, Candidates are expected to participate in such process.

The admission Registration Process of a Course, once done, is not transferable to any other Candidate.

The candidate’s responsibility to read all the Term Conditions , Privacy Policy & Content of Course before completing the enrollment process.

The Candidate can book a seat in a particular batch by paying non-refundable Registration Fees.

Fees & Payments

All fees are payable upfront at the time of the admission process.

In exceptional cases, if any candidate’s course fees are split into multiple payments, the same is done as per the below conditions – Minimum 50% of the course fees to be paid by confirming your seat for the course & the Remaining 50% within the next 30 days from the date of admission.

All fees are to be paid by cash / online/ local cheques & is non-refundable

Candidates are expected to retain the receipts with the Receipt No. and other details for future references.

Course Concepts

80% attendance is mandatory for all sessions to ensure maximum benefit from the Program or Course. All the given assignments Candidates must complete.

Certificate Soft & Hard Copy only given when Course and Assignments Completed.

A Hard Copy of the Certificate will be sent to your address by courier.

For applying for the placement, you should mail the same to a representative of the Institute.

Assignment Submission

The Assignment which will be assigned you during the training would be mandatory for you to become more professional and expert in the subject. Minimum 80% Required to qualify for certification.

  • Minimum 90 Social Media Post on Facebook, Instagram & LinkedIn

  • All the Social Media Business Profile should Be up-to-date.

  • WordPress Website minimum single page should Be completed.

  • Minimum 1 Blog Post to be posted on the Website.

  • On-page SEO Audit Report

  • Off-Page SEO minimum 30 Backlinks in format

  • “If you fail to complete the assignment, we will put your Certificate on hold”

Free Study Materials Kit

At Edigital Knowledge Academy, we aim to provide high-quality study materials to enhance your learning experience. These materials include, but are not limited to:

  • WordPress Pro Plugins

  • PDF files containing ready backlinks for SEO

  • Roadmaps for learning paths

  • Access to the LMS (Learning Management System)

However, by accessing and using these materials, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Non-Licensed Materials

The study materials provided by Edigital Knowledge Academy are not licensed products. This means their functionality depends on the availability and compatibility of third-party updates. We cannot guarantee that these materials will work indefinitely or without interruption.

2. Updates and Maintenance

Our team at Edigital Knowledge Academy strives to keep the materials updated. If an update is available, we will make efforts to provide it in the LMS. However, updates are not guaranteed, and the materials may remain as-is depending on circumstances.

3. Subject to Change

The study materials are dynamic and may change based on situational requirements or improvements. This includes additions, modifications, or removals of content.

4. No Warranty

The study materials are provided “as-is” without any warranties, expressed or implied. Edigital Knowledge Academy does not guarantee that:

  • They will meet your specific requirements.

  • They will function flawlessly or without technical issues.

  • They will function flawlessly or without technical issues.

5. Learning Support

At Edigital Knowledge Academy, we aim to support your learning journey as much as possible. If you face any issues with the materials, you can reach out to our support team, and we will do our best to assist you.

6. Disclaimer of Responsibility

Edigital Knowledge Academy is not liable for any direct or indirect issues arising from the use of the provided materials, including:

  • Incompatibility with your software or systems.

  • Loss of functionality due to updates or lack thereof.

  • Misuse or misunderstanding of the materials.

7. User Responsibility

Students are encouraged to utilize the materials responsibly and understand that they are supplementary resources designed to enhance your learning experience, not permanent tools or licensed software.

Repeat Batch Joining

Edigital Knowledge Academy provides students with an opportunity to rejoin their course batch within a period of five years from the date of their original admission. This option is available subject to the following terms and conditions:

1. One-Time Rejoining Policy

Students are allowed to rejoin a batch only once during the five-year period. Multiple rejoining is not permitted.

2. Proof of Admission

To rejoin a batch, students must present valid proof of their original admission. This includes any official document or receipt issued by Edigital Knowledge Academy at the time of the initial enrollment.

3. Repeat Batch Form

Students must complete and submit a Repeat Batch Form to rejoin the batch. This form is mandatory and must be filled out in its entirety.

4. Form Submission Charges

A non-refundable fee of ₹999 is required for the submission of the Repeat Batch Form. This fee must be paid at the time of submission to process your request.

5. Refundable

The option to rejoin a batch is Non – Refundable and is only applicable to the original student who enrolled in the course.

6. Availability of Seats

Rejoining is subject to the availability of seats in the desired batch. Edigital Knowledge Academy does not guarantee admission into any specific batch.

8. Non Completion

Students enrolling in a repeat batch are expected to complete all course requirements as outlined at the time of enrollment. If a student fails to attend or complete the course as per the guidelines and schedule of the repeated batch, they will be suspended from further classes.

9. Study Material

Access to Domain & Hosting services and Canva Access will not be provided for students joining the repeat batch.

10. Repeat Batch Attendance

Students enrolling in the repeat batch must attend the classes as per the institute’s specified schedule. And they cannot be rescheduled to accommodate individual preferences.

Students enrolling in the repeat batch are required to bring their own laptops to class.

By opting to rejoin a batch, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions set forth by Edigital Knowledge Academy. Failure to comply with these terms may result in the forfeiture of the rejoining privilege.

Canva Access Policy

Effective Date: 1st April 2025

At Edigital Knowledge Academy, we are committed to providing high-quality education and tools to support your creative journey. As part of certain course enrollments, Canva access has been included as a value-added benefit.

Previous Commitment

We had previously committed lifetime access to Canva Pro for some of our students as part of select course packages.

Updated Policy 1st April 2025

Due to changes in platform licensing policies and internal compliance regulations, Canva Pro access will now be limited to a maximum of 1 year from the date of activation for all enrolled students, regardless of prior commitments.

1. Definitions

  • Student: Any individual who has enrolled in a course at Edigital Knowledge Academy.

  • Repeat Batch: An opportunity for a Student to rejoin the same course batch at no additional tuition fee, subject to the conditions below.

2. Repeat Batch Policy

Students eligible for our Repeat Batch option must meet all of the following conditions:

1. Security Deposit

Pay a refundable security deposit of ₹999 at the time of rejoining.

This amount will be returned upon successful completion of the batch (see Clause 8).


2. Excluded Benefits

Domain & Hosting will not be provided free of charge.

Canva Pro subscription will not be provided free of charge.


3. Attendance

Maintain a minimum of 85% attendance in all live sessions of the batch.


4. Assignment Completion

Complete and submit all assignments by the specified deadlines.

Failure to complete assignments will render you ineligible for any further repeat batches.


5. Consecutive Holiday Clause

If there are 4 or more consecutive days off (e.g., institute holidays, strikes), the Student will not be eligible to repeat the same batch.


6. Batch Conduct & Participation

Actively participate in class discussions, group projects, and hands-on activities.

Any form of provocation, harassment, or disruptive behavior toward peers or faculty will result in immediate cancellation of your seat and a permanent ban from all Edigital Knowledge Academy offerings.


7. Batch Capacity

If the batch you wish to rejoin is already at full capacity, you agree to cooperate and wait for the next available batch.


3. Refund of Security Deposit

Upon meeting all above conditions and successful completion of the batch, your ₹999 deposit will be refunded within 30 days of the course end date.

If you fail to fulfill any condition (attendance, assignments, conduct), the deposit will be forfeited.

4. Amendments

Edigital Knowledge Academy reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be communicated via email and posted on our official website. Continued participation after changes implies acceptance of the revised Terms.

5. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Pune, Maharashtra.

Placement Terms & Conditions

Edigital Knowledge Academy

To ensure fair opportunities and successful placement support, all students are required to follow the below Terms & Conditions:

1. Eligibility for Placement Assistance

Students will qualify for placement calls and interview opportunities only if they meet the following conditions:

Assignment Completion

All assignments, projects, and tasks provided by the Institute must be completed and submitted within the given timelines.

Minimum Attendance

Students must maintain at least 80% attendance throughout the course duration.

Interview Preparation

Attendance in Interview Preparation & Soft Skills Sessions organized by the Institute is mandatory.

2. Code of Conduct During Placement Process

Students must maintain discipline, punctuality, and professional behavior during recruitment drives, interviews, and company interactions.

Once registered for a company interview, students must attend without fail. Absence without valid reason will lead to disqualification from further placement opportunities.

Students should represent themselves and the Institute in a professional manner (dress code, communication, and etiquette).

3. Placement Opportunity Guidelines

  • The Institute will provide placement calls based on eligibility, skillset, and company requirements.

  • Selection and hiring decisions are solely at the discretion of the recruiting companies.

  • The Institute does not guarantee a job but ensures maximum placement assistance for all eligible students.

4. Disqualification Criteria

A student may lose placement eligibility if:

  • Assignments/projects are incomplete.

  • Attendance falls below 80%.

  • Interview preparation sessions are skipped.

  • The student misbehaves with recruiters or fails to follow placement rules.

5. General Terms

  • Students are expected to actively participate in all training, workshops, and mock interviews.

  • The Institute will share placement calls only with eligible students.

  • Once placed, a student may not be eligible for further placement calls unless approved by the placement cell.
